The tool issuance process consists of two main steps: issuance and restocking.

Employees can collect tools after authentication. A detailed issuance record is automatically generated once the process is completed.

The system monitors the real-time stock of tools in the cabinet. When the inventory reaches the warning threshold, an alarm is triggered. Restockers then replenish the tools, and the inventory is updated synchronously after restocking.

This achieves a closed-loop management of “issuance – recovery – monitoring – restocking”, effectively solving the problems of tool issuance and inventory replenishment.
